Another Blueberry Hill Weekend Sewing Workshop!

Due to popular demand (and a very full waiting list for the July dates) we have added another Weekend Workshop at Blueberry Hill Inn to the calendar! New dates are August 28th-30th. 

Our guest teacher will be the fabulous Denyse Schmidt, who will be showing us how her improvisational patchwork method can be used to make beautiful accessories like the ones in Weekend Sewing.

Liesl Gibson of Oliver & S Signs on as Special Guest Teacher at Weekend Sewing Workshop in Vermont!

I am so pleased to announce that Liesl Gibson of Oliver + S (as well as the brains and beauty behind one of my favorite blogs) will be joining the fun at our Weekend Workshop at Blueberry Hill this summer. There are still a few spots left, so if sewing in a barn, swimming in a lake, and a bottomless jar of chocolate chip cookies sounds like your idea of fun...... info sheet can be found here.

Weekend Sewing Workshop in Vermont Update!

Weekend Sewing Workshop in Vermont (New Dates Added!)

Blueberry Hill Inn in Goshen Vermont was the site of both much of the Weekend Sewing photography and my wedding, so naturally its a place close to my heart. I am thrilled to announce a very special event at BBH this summer for WS readers who would like to join me for some serious social sewing, amazing gourmet eating, and a little hiking and swimming at one of the most lovely little secret forest lakes in the state.

Update! The July workshop is now full, but we have added anther weekend: Aug 28-30. We are planning a Friday evening through Sunday noon event, with an optional Sunday afternoon trip to the Shelburne Museum. All meals provided. Chef Tim is crazy fancy and a fabulous cook, and he has almost forgiven me for letting his 150 filet mignons get cold while I wrangled my in laws for my wedding photos. Cost, which includes all meals (gourmet dinners and breakfasts, picnic lunch on Saturday, plus all the famous chocolate chip cookies you can possibly consume) and both nights at the Inn plus workshops and some supplies is $650.
