Congratulations to the winner - that design is lovely. I'm looking forward to seeing the final product. Thanks for the opportunity of entering the competition, it was a great introduction to your fabrics and to the Threadbias tool. I'll definitely be using both more in the future!

That is a fantastic tool-- I have had more than one quilt that has ended up in the donate pile because the fabrics just didn't come together as I had hoped and I just hated it!

On a separate note-- Im so excited for this new fabric to come out. My husband is a Marine and is deploying to Afghanistan for at least a year. Im sort of dreading this summer as we just count down the days until he leaves. I've found that sewing is a great distraction and a way to pass the time because I get totally immersed in it. Thanks for giving me a little something bright and cheery to look forward to-- can't wait to have the new fabric.
