Even though it has been a very mild fall in New York City, I feel very ready for a sunshine-y, high desert break. I'm now officially counting down the days til we meet in Palm Springs!

We are still finalizing things like mealtimes with The Ace, but here's what you need to know now:

We will be getting started on Friday night, at about 6:30. You can check in anytime after 3, and there will be an info packet waiting for you with instructions on where to meet the group.

We will be wrapping up on Sunday afternoon, at about 2. We usually spend an hour or so taking goofy photos before folks head home or to the pool for lunch. Check-out is at noon, but feel free to linger.

If you plan to stay extra nights on either end you won't be alone, lots of us, especially east coasters, are extending their trip. You can get our reduced room rate until December 20th, and just need to call the hotel with your name and set up those extra nights. They are still updating all of their info, so if you have registered in the last few weeks you might not be on their radar yet, but should be within the next day or so.

Taxis are easy to get to and from the hotel and airport, which are about fifteen minutes apart. You won't need a car once at the hotel.

If you plan to bring your own sewing machine, let us know! We will be shipping ours from New York and would love to leave any that won't be needed at home.
