Blog Tour!

I swear, I did not make up that phrase.

Its a brave new world, to be sure. My book tour for Weekend Sewing officially kicks of this week, but am I at the airport, stylishly coiffed, blackberry in hand? glamorously flitting about the eastern seaboard, trusty featherweight under one arm?

No. I am not. I am in my pajamas, sleeping dog at my feet, waiting for the coffee to kick in, and yet still making my first promotional blog appearance at a very lovely place called Make Grow Gather, where the brilliant Kelly Wilkinson and her readers will be hosting a Q&A.

Later this week I will be at Disdressed with Liesl (also of Oliver & S fame) and then will skip over to Freshly Blended. Do try to join us! No dress code. Dogs welcome.

Oh, and I will be hitting the road, too. For details and updates, check here.

Hi Heather, I'm excited to hear that you are coming to DC! I've tried finding the location you'll be doing the signing, but can't find any more information. Would you mind posting where the signing will take place?

I second Denise's request for a visit to the UK.
I ordered Weekend Sewing from Amazon today but it won't be here until the beginning of April. I can't wait till it arrives.
